I listened to this in India, on the train to Varanasi, shadiest looking people I've seen in my life sitting across from me as we were all packed in tight, and yet whenever I looked at them they sent me the most beautiful and friendly smiles I've ever received from strangers. Then the train stopped, on a high bridge with no rails over a river, and a beach of white sand, and you could hear the voices of children shouting down below. Myself, along with some others we stood up and walked through the cabin to the doors between the cars, to look down and see what all the commotion was about, and there, below along the woodworkings of the bridge were handfuls of gypsy children all shouting up, wearing purple scarves, and holding their hands out as if they were birds. Some people were throwing down fruits, and biscuits, and the occasional small change, and they would yell at the top of their lungs with the joy of this unprecedented ceremony. I was too in awe of the whole thing to even go for my camera, and still feel as if it was a dream. Somewhere, along the long line before the big junction that marks the approach of the Ganges and the oldest city in the world.
Brian i went to varanasi many years ago....it was then and is now one of my fav places on earth...

For me, life does not seem to be inherently meaningful, but I I think I might have created at least some meaningfulness for my own existence through at least attempting to make the world a better place for others, and not just humans , even if just a little. So many times I woke up ....no memory of the session befor but one thing - Mr.Flying Elephant!- Hes a classy lad ( look at his hat) i'm just that little birdy freeriding on his back. I guess that is how its meant to be!

I used to listen this mix 6 years ago when I was studying during uni. 47 minutes studying with this mix 15 minutes break with a nice cigarette, 7 times per day ,6 days per week, reminding me every time not to forget to fly. It supported me during tough times!
