I've been a vegetarian for 14 years and the last thing I gave up was tuna, and it's the only thing I miss. I never had it in pasta salad and I'm regretting it 😭 I'm glad you're healthy and that all is going well ❤.
Idk if you've ever tried omega 3 for Rocky's allergies, but it helped my dog. She'd get a horrible rash on her paws every spring and this is the first year it hasn't happened. I hope his allergies clear up asap ❤

I did have Rocky on omega3 supplements! But about 6 months ago I felt like maybe it was salmon that was making him itch (which now I’m not sure again, and a couple years ago I thought it was chicken…) so I took him off of them. He was so much better when I took him off, so that’s why I thought it’s the salmon, but now after a couple weeks have passed with no changes in his diet and he’s getting better again, I realize it’s probably seasonal allergies like pollen that he suffers and not something he eats! 🤔 So maybe I’ll try omega3 for him again… he always gets rashes when the weather changes drastically.
