I'm really working on bringing succession planning to the forefront of my org, as well as clarifying goals. If we are the *only* person in our org that knows how to do something, they never feel like they can take time off. I think that goes back to accountability, and I hope that is on the rise! I love the talk about goals and recentering! I definitely agree that I hope micromanagement is out. I certainly don't have the energy for that.

Starting at 19 minutes was SO spot on in my opinion. From what I see as a 25 year nurse and current nursing leader it is very accurate.
