It depends on who uses the stand actually I fought a GER with my still baby stand TA3 and still managed to win with low fucking hp and also he awakened early without lowering my hp

Ger before the nerf is way better. You could tab glitch to avoid tusk act 4 inf combo. Not so much of a counter with ger.
