The SP160 is powered by a 162.71cc, single-cylinder engine producing 13.4PS and 14.58Nm. The engine is counterbalanced and complies with BS6.2 emission norms. Transmission duties are handled by a five-speed gearbox.
The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and a monoshock. The Honda SP160 gets a 276mm front and 220mm rear petal disc brake setup for the Dual Disc variant and a 130mm rear drum brake for the Single Disc variant with single-channel ABS. It has a seat height of 796mm, a ground clearance of 177mm and a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. The kerb weight is 139kg and 141kg for the Single Disc and Dual Disc variants respectively.
The Honda SP160 rivals the Bajaj Pulsar P150, Yamaha FZ-S FI V4 and the TVS Apache RTR 160.
The Pulsar N160 is powered by a 165cc BS6 engine, which gives superior power and immediate throttle response. It produces 16 PS of power and 14.65 Nm of torque with 85% of peak torque available throughout the rev band.
The segment-first Dual Channel ABS in the new Pulsar N160 inspires increased riding confidence by restricting wheel lockups during both front and rear braking. The stronger grip provided by wider cross-section tyres (Front 100/80-17, Rear 130/70-17) in the Pulsar N160 adds to the riding control of the motorcycle.

This is not a good road to do speed test. You are putting your life and others life at risk. Do it on a Sunday in a highway. Regarding the bike I think sp is the overall winner. It's a combination of sp125 unicorn and hornet. It's a winning combination. Xblade was a failure because of its over aggressive looks. Sp is OK?

Take a test ride you will know what's the refinement of n160 , i just took a test ride & i fell in love with this engine's smoothness & refinement. Even i can't believe bajaj is really putting hard work for this engine.
I own an n160 and I can cruise on speed of 24 without knocking sound in 4th gear so you can imagine how good the engine is.
But there's one this this bike has that no other bike in this segment has and that is Road Presence.
sedately chaloge, ache se gear change kar ke, sahi method se engine off karoge and time pe servicing karaoge toh pakka 15 saal chalegi.
@@HallaBowl bajaj's engines are usually smooth for short rides or on not so hot days, but if you ride it for longer time on a hot day, engine loses its smoothness

There is a option called external fog lights or led light. I personally think the heart of a bike i.e. it's engine should be best. Other parts could be upgraded but you can't change the engine. If you need great headlight like 4 wheeler in bike then go for n series of bajaj or mt15 . But i would go for honda or yahama over bajaj any day. New n series engines also good but they are not tested for longer time so don't know how it will be after 5-6 years
