great video, nice to know this is something a machinist can do, but one tip, with the motor/sleive, add a couple of screw-in dowel pins to aid removal/intilation, this stops the motor falling onto the guideways and scratching anything, also can act as a back-stop, preventing you from pushing it too far from the front and aids alignment when instaling.
Good training video. Would be great if you could make a video going from chucker to Swiss. Especially detailing how to load the bushing unit back into the machine.

I have a tsugami bh20 and I’m switching it to chucker mode and it won’t let me change GB less at all. Any tips on this?
