Took me a long time before I figured out what Godly Meditation was - thinking opposite to the negative stuff I was thinking by MUTTERING or SINGING God's thoughts TO MYSELF! Like Keith said, it's not silent contemplation. It's certainly not the "emptying of oneself" like Eastern Meditation, like yoga and the rest. When you know the HOW TO, it ISN'T hard. SadlyI've hardly ever heard a pastor in a church actually TEACH the congregation HOW to biblically meditate. Thank YOU, Keith. Great teaching! 😀
