Why would you study at night? That's terrible for your sleep and circadian rhythm. Very little point in studying so hard if you're not getting consistently healthy sleep to actually encode and store that knowledge in your long term memory, which specifically happens during sleep.

you can use night light filter when the videos are like this, super easy on the eyes.
