I think this mod requires USSR rework as well, because without capturing Ukraine things could do very differently for bolsheviks For example Soviets could not industrialise so fast without selling ukrinian grain and there might be consnant hunger in Soviet Russia, because bolsheviks fucked up farmering and thus they could add political instability in Soviet Union and several scripted uprisings on Caucasus and Central Asia, they could even do that reds had not enouth strength to crush whites on Far East, so there could be still White Russia faction there Ukraine could be also weak and backward of course and had only a few heavy industry So thats all could create whole different game balance
