Lucy Mata'utia Jarrard - Samoan Surfer

- Lucy Mata'utia Jarrard is a 19 yr old competitive surfer from Carlsbad, California currently living in Oahu, Hawai'i.
She is the first Samoan female surfer to represent the American Samoa Surfing Association and will be surfing in an Olympic Qualifier this May in El Salvador. She'll have to place first in the Oceania Region to solidify a spot on the Olympics team. If she makes it she'll have the opportunity to compete in the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
