i hope they are doing all this to create farm-land for food production if not for their own people for the world...and too build better residential homes for their people otherwise its just going to get worse and worse there...when no one can afford to live or eat or have a place to live...they need food production which would create jobs and boost their economy just like anywhere else in the world...

Que hermoso convierten un pantano en un desierto , con razón esa gente muere de a miles cuando hay inundaciones o desastres naturales alli quien manda es el cacique de turno y no tienen respeto ninguno por el pueblo , un niño tratando de atrapar peces para llevar seguramente la comida a su casa , esa gente vive del rio ahora seguramente vivira con hambre , el progreso se construye de otra manera no secando pantanos .
Aquí en mi país está prohibido hacer tal cosa y mucho menos en los cauces de ríos, arroyos, etc. No se puede cortar ni la maleza sin permisos y sólo durante la temporada en muchos casos. Si las gallinas son las que entran y por otro lado salen, tienes suerte, lo malo es que salgan más que las que entran. En estos casos la visión de los que están en esas obras no ven más allá de sus propias narices. No ven ni las de sus vecinos, quizá su vecino sean los descendientes más tarde o estén situados corrientes del río abajo, no creo que entonces se llegue a algún lugar. O puede que el esté situado a una altura o primera más arriba del río ( no lo parece, el agua del río está demasiado calmada ) Y otra cosa que suele pasar... las tierras siempre acaban divididas entre descendientes y a la vez éstos ultimos las cenden a otros descendientes y en pocas generaciónes ya no queda nada mas que dividir. Pero mucho peor se vivirá, si el río muere o muere antes de todo eso.
