Felix Bronner is a contractor - the main area of responsibility of the contractor is crop protection around the small-structured area of Ostrach. The crops processed are mainly cereals, oilseed rape, maize and sugar beet. Since 1995, the Bronner contractor has relied on field sprayers from AMAZONE out of conviction. They currently have five machines, two UF 1200 with section control, a hitched UX and two UF 1602 with individual nozzle control. Next year the fleet is to be expanded to include an AMAZONE sprayer with a front tank. The individual nozzle switching is particularly appreciated by the customers.
He sees the main advantages of the sprayers in the compact transport width and transport height, as well as in the simple and clear operation of the SmartCenter. Details such as the drip tray and the cover make machine maintenance easier. In particular, the rapid folding in the face of obstacles, even on the older machines, impresses him. The use of GPS-Switch enables maximum area coverage with even distribution without overlapping. The continuous internal cleaning of the machine ensures efficient and careful cleaning, so that you can quickly switch from culture to culture.
The UF 02 mounted field sprayer is available with a tank volume of 1,000 to 2,000 l and with booms of 12 to 30 m working width. The UF 02 is characterized in particular by its compact design and its simple and convenient operation. In combination with the FT front tank, the tank volume of the manoeuvrable tractor combination can be expanded to up to 3,500 l. That sets standards!
