I don't recall ever seeing a demo using a fireless loco on a passenger service before. Where was the steam generated, and was it just for the loco? Anyway, thanks for sharing.
The fireless loco was charged up from the boiler that also provided steam to the stationary engines in the museum's power hall according to some of my ex colleagues at MOSI. A real shame they sold this loco as it was one of the few working fireless locos in the UK
