- In recent years we have had a growing concern about “social justice.” What is meant by that phrase, however, varies widely among those who use and promote it. What is too often missing-even in the calls for “social justice” coming from Christian leaders-is a clear understanding of biblical justice. Justice exists because God is just and righteous. I work in an elementary school and I had to sit through a mandatory staff meeting about racial bias. Part of that meeting was an exercise in teaching us all where we stand in the intersectional world of oppression. I was disgusted at having to be there and couldn't believe how quickly everybody jumped on board to find out where all their "biases" were and how eager they were to confess them and agree how they need to comply. I believe we are seeing the fruit of what the devil has been sowing in secret for decades and longer. From my experience I've see part of it in the 50s tv shows like the munsters and addams family...where they make evil characters out to be comical and cute.....today when you walk down the children's isles in the store...look at the dolls that little girls are playing with....cute pretty little 'witches' and vampires and zombies......it's been going on for a long time...I've seen it.....and all this upheaval and violence we're seeing now is the evidence of evil right on the cusp of attaining it's world wide goal.....it sees no reason any longer to hide it's actions....pray pray pray for wisdom, guidance and strength
I couldn’t agree with you more. Another not-so-subtle message in media (which is why we put the kibosh on many TV shows) is, What do you see on each and every “kids sitcom”? The stupid parents in general, but the stupid, clueless Dad in particular.

Thank you for the sermon. I pray for you that you speak boldly against the enemies of the gospel even at the highest places of the sbc. Satan’s minions are now trying to infiltrate SBC. That is dangerous to the church.
The society is at the point ....and much of the professing Church , also ....We are dull of hearing ...and much of the false church is totally blinded ...Ichabod ...

Addendum... This was a most excellent sermon and class. Nevertheless, as was witnessed at the SBC convention and the treatment you received, it may well be too late. The barbarians are not "at" the gate...they are amongst us...nay rule over us.

@@gdoc2012 Biblically sound, solid contemporary ones would include Ascol, Voddie Baucham, John MacArthur, Paul Washer, Conrad Mbewe, Steve Lawson, Alistair Begg, Sinclair Ferguson, Virgil Walker, Darrell Harrison, Al Mohler, and Jeff Durbin.
Biblically solid ones who have gone to be with the Lord would include RC Sproul, Martyn Lloyd Jones, AW Tozer, JC Ryle, John Owen, CH Spurgeon, John Flavel, and Martin Luther.
The founders found out that you can't reform the SBC reprobates after all. Oh well, Bro. Tom nice try. Fight the good fight anyway.
