I was using the sticker on the USB-A port as a dust cover.
The USB-C can only be used as IN for charging the powerbank.

I'm not sure what is the problem, but u may like to check if the charger is providing a minimum of 5V / 2A charging power? It will take as long as 6 hours to get a full charge too.
