I was really depressed and wanted my friend's advice or at least his company in troubling times. His response: "I'm busy, come back later." I messaged him about what happened, asked him again if he could meet with me. Refused again. He dares to call me 6 months later and pretend like nothing happened. I tell him: "You don't get to call me anymore. Ever."
He was just unleashing his mental garbage on you, this is sense of entitlement, he never reflected and asked himself "Am I just bothering this dude by endlessly complaining?" Please check descriptions for covert narcissists if he tick boxes for these types.
