- Marvel Rivals is an upcoming free-to-play third-person hero shooter developed by NetEase Games. Take a look at the exclusive trailer for everyone's favorite Lethal Protector, Venom. Paired with the disgruntled Eddie Brock, players can get a look at Venom gameplay along with the different abilities of the alien symbiote. The closed beta for Marvel Rivals begins on July 23 for PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
So dope seeing the MvC blue color getting the love it deserves.
Right but Im also hoping we get like a dark purple Venom, kind of like the purple variant of the Black Suit from SM2 reference the purple highlights from the Ultimate comics.

Seems weird to me that Venom's basic attack is poking with some tentacles. He's more of a melee type of guy.

Think they mean more claw or hand attacks. But they probably gave Venom the tentacles to make him stand out from the other brawlers/clawers in the game

But that's the character in a nutshell, he is Spiderman on steroids and goo (Spiderman only defeats Venom, Carnage, Toxin, etc.. because of plot armor, he is actually weaker than all of the symbiotes)

The animations lacks impact and weight, but goddamn the character looks cool. And it's nice to see the MvC reference, hope Wolverine shows up with all the classic moves, berserker barrage!

No they couldnt. Its online pvp. They have to make it so moves come out at a reliable speed and they have to be easily readable for the opponents .

@9th_Planet was just using that as a way to point out the map. It's also the railings, glass, and overall "futuristic" architecture and structure, especially the bottle neck points.
