Some people say at least 30 mins, two times a day, 3-6 hours and so on... I’m so confused I didn’t know what to do so I was wondering if you could help and recommend ? I think it's pretty much enough to listen 1 or 2 times a day if you are short on time occasionally. Ideal would be about an hour or if you can listen overnight half an hour during the day could already be enough. Personally I recommend listening to individual sub at least 3-5times a day. I find it very practical to listen on several occasions throughout the day like for example when doing the dishes. It's usually only short maybe 5-10 minutes but it adds up. Then in the evening I listen for about 30min to an hour. Occasionally I also listen overnight. To sum it up - at least once or twice every sub if you are short on time - best 1h a day of listening to your playlist - aim to listen to each sub at least 3-5 times - listen for a (short) time on a few occasions throughout the day if possible - try to listen overnight once in a while (not necessary)

This is adorable and lovely 💗 off topic but I wanted to ask since you are such an amazing sub person! How many times would you recommend to listen to a sub each day? Some people say at least 30 mins, two times a day, 3-6 hours and so on... I’m so confused I didn’t know what to do so I was wondering if you could help and recommend ? (you don’t have to if you don’t want it’s okay and sorry for the long sentence! lol💕)
I think it's pretty much enough to listen 1 or 2 times a day if you are short on time occasionally.
Ideal would be about an hour or if you can listen overnight half an hour during the day could already be enough.
Personally I recommend listening to individual sub at least 3-5times a day. I find it very practical to listen on several occasions throughout the day like for example when doing the dishes. It's usually only short maybe 5-10 minutes but it adds up.
Then in the evening I listen for about 30min to an hour. Occasionally I also listen overnight.
To sum it up
- at least once or twice every sub if you are short on time
- best 1h a day of listening to your playlist
- aim to listen to each sub at least 3-5 times
- listen for a (short) time on a few occasions throughout the day if possible
- try to listen overnight once in a while (not necessary)
