Stepper motor, syringe, bearings and lead screw can be bought on McMaster or even Amazon. Ex. BIQU 400mm 8mm T8 Lead Screw Set Lead Screw+ Copper Nut + Coupler + Pillow Bearing Block for 3D Printer www.amazon.com/dp/B01H1QNSAE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9dm5DbGQ16F11 . Rest of the parts need to be either machined or 3D printed. I doubt you'll find everything off the shelf.

In this case, I'm using solidworks' motion analysis add-in which has Motor option where you can set its speed.

Sorry, not sure. But pressure should depend on fluid properties and pump motor speed
