I found how to set the watch remote to work.
1. Keep the watch in time mode.
2. Use select button to choose between TV and VCR.
3. Hold down set button.
4. Use volume up and down button to choose your TV brand.
5. There will be few presets available for every brand. Select your brand. Choose your preset and test if it's working with your TV.
7. If it doesn't, select next preset and try.
The Brands are listed in alphabetical order
