Another great reaction video guys. Yes, those taxi scammers exists that is why it is best to discuss the price first before getting into the cab. What we also do is to put the address on the google maps on our phone and show it to the driver so that he knows that we know where exactly the place is. It is not only in the Philippines but also in other parts of the world. We experienced that ourselves. When it comes to spiked drinks, that is rare in Philippines but it happens. So always make sure to always keep an eye on your drinks and food. And it is safer to travel by two rather than one. I would also like to share our experience in San Vicente Palawan, it is indeed a really nice and beautiful beach. Almost untouched (when we went there 4 years ago), we were bitten badly by so many sand flies, especially at dusk. It looked like we had measles afterwards. So if ever you guys will visit there, make sure to bring sand flies repellant. I also would like to share our experience in El Nido, we did all the tours and thought of finding a place away from the crowd. We asked around in smaller boat tours, and told them we wanted to go to a quiet beach and yes said they know a place which is not included on the tours. We paid 2,200 pesos and were taken to an island ( sorry i forgot the name), we had the nice long beach for ourselves for the whole day, the boatman and his assistant made some food for us and we ate on the beach. That was really a full relaxation and for a good price. I am loving your channel guys. Greetings from Norway :)

The taxi concern, so sad, yes it happens; it really would help to have a Filipino friend around, to lend you a hand. I can assure you the Filipino friend will always be there to help you and will even go the extra mile for you. Regarding the drink, either it got laced or you ordered a drink unexpectedly too strong for you, without being aware of it (Re: cocktails and mixed drinks here in the Philippines, we tend to mask the strong alcohol flavor, but the kick is still there. Or the effects of what was drank came in late and strong). At any rate, please be reminded to never leave your drink unattended. Thanks and love you guys!

Theres so many beaches to choose to go, depends on your plan and intention of stay, if you like to relax and stay a bit, a day or two, or you like island hopping, you better make a good plan and organize the time and days of your stay.
Try Zambales beaches....it wont let you down....a 4 hours travel from manila using private vehicle.....explore the place a lot of beaches and resorts there...ur welcome.😊

Better yet book under travel agencies to avoid expensive rates. Bec really when it is a DIY tour u wont get the best places and day tours has limited time. And it will cost u a lot. If it is a guided tour u are more safer together with the other guests/tourist. This is for the first timer in the PH. Bec on ur 2nd visit it will be more fun on ur own 😘
Here in Davao taxi drivers are so honest and kind, they will give you back your change even a single cents, and also they are so accomodating...the taxi scams are just in manila...

I can only say that if you want to explore Philippines, Do it for yourself and dont take a tourist guide for you to lessen your expenses,and it is not hard to do,cause it is always possible for you to find your spot, just ask Filipino people and they can tell you what to do or where to go. We Filipino really love to help specially When someone is in need 😊 but the most important there is that you have to be carefull wheither you go in the Philippines or visit other country.
do not come on "tour packages from agents".. do it yourself.. making your own tour is less expensive... buy your tickets, travel on your own, always ask the locals

Im from Tablas..Romblon Province have 3 major island(tablas,romblon,sibuyan) and 3 minor islands(banton,simara,sibale) all beatiful islands to explore,maybe thats why its not touristy bcos its too many islands..best way to explore my province is by motorcycle especially roads near the coast..dont be afraid..people here are friendly..just ask where you want to go and they will guide you ..theres more than the bonbon sandbar..happy exploring!:)

10:35 Inaladelan Island (now German Island) is Located at Port Barton, Palawan. Not much tourist and the corals are untouched that is why it is a better diving/snorkeling area than El Nido or Coron.

You are totally right guys, we Filipino's avoid Riding taxi as well, but should encounter one, we have our Department of Transportation and LTO (Land & Transport Office, LTFRB (Land and Transport Franchising & Regulatory Board) who manage those, all you have to do is to take their Body Number, Plate Number, put the date, the time it happened and complain, the taxi driver will lose his drivers license, pending investigation and hearing and the taxi will lose its a franchise, we take fraud and corruption very very seriously so, complain once you experience it.
Yes! I relly know TABLAS! Tablas is the largest of the islands that comprise the province of Romblon. Romblon has its main islands include Tablas, the largest, which covers nine municipalities, Sibuyan with its three towns, as well as the smaller island municipalities of Corcuera, Banton, Concepcion, San Jose, and Romblon, the provincial capital. And by the way I lived in Sibuyan Island, Romblon. Here on our Island has a very well known tourist spot named CANTINGAS RIVER RESORT.
Additional information for those who want to visit the Philippines, as much as possible try to contact first a Filipino citizen (a trusted one) before you plan for a vacation in our country. Scammers and illegal drivers are anywhere in the Philippines, and in order for you to avoid them, always look for a tour guide. And yeah, grab taxi is also the best option to travel from one place to another in the Philippines or look for a shuttle van there is a registered company that owns a shuttle van for rental. Instead of using grab taxi apps, ask one of the locals in the Airport where you landed if there is have a shuttle van company that you can rent nearby, and what will happen? You just have to pay them according to the agreed price for a whole trip all over the Philippines. And if ever you have been scammed, do not hesitate to call the Police, or ask assistance from the Department of Tourism here in the Philippines.
Just find real frinds to avoiding scamers.. Not only here in the philippine also in other countries but its sure its more fun here in the philippine have more happy people and caring people.. 😊
One advice don't just focus on the famous tourist destination. There's a lot of beautiful destinations here in Philippines that's the same as famous destination. 😊
Tablas is a very nice place in Romblon, most of the islands are still untouched and if u like to find a real relaxation and paradise, this is one of the must see places in the Philippines.
1. If you can get a reliable friend to help you in your trip or stay here, it's better. 2. WAZE App os commonly used app by GRAB taxis so you can also track down where is your transportation vehicle is going whether it be a tricycle or taxi. 3. Know the Hotline numbers for emergencies. (Police, Fire, LTO, etc.) So, you can call for help when encountered with scammers or other crime related things. 4. When you hire a taxi, don't let them feel and think that you are innocent or ignorant of the place. Know your destination and tell them directly where os your destination and tell them to use METER. Reminder: It is illegal for PUBLIC transport to choose his passenger and to refuse the passenger. Get the drivers name or identification and the plate # in which they are required to hang it inside visible to the passengers. 5. Travel in mixed groups. If you travel as girls only, you attract stupid people. Like what happened to her she's been drugged possibly to be raped or abducted. Who knows?... palawan and mindanao area has history of those kidnapping specially foreigners that isolate themselves on vacation. 6. Try to search more further for places to go. Because some of the beautiful places are not yet advertised or don't advertise but has the same beauty as the famous tourist destinations. You can also asks directly the locals.
Here in phillipines, not all people are open about telling bad words,even if using it as an expression that kind of bad words are very sensitive to other😊😊
Another tip. 😉Get 1 filipino that you can call a friend, and you can trust, but don't give it all, no one only you can fully trust but yourself, you're old enough, even your parents tell you everything, but the last one who can decide is you being you. If you are sure, think again, make it double or triple. 😁

Better yet book under travel agencies to avoid expensive rates. Bec really when it is a DIY tour u wont get the best places and day tours has limited time. And it will cost u a lot. If it is a guided tour u are more safer together with the other guests/tourist. This is for the first timer in the PH. Bec on ur 2nd visit it will be more fun on ur own 😘
Here in Davao taxi drivers are so honest and kind, they will give you back your change even a single cents, and also they are so accomodating...the taxi scams are just in manila...

I can only say that if you want to explore Philippines, Do it for yourself and dont take a tourist guide for you to lessen your expenses,and it is not hard to do,cause it is always possible for you to find your spot, just ask Filipino people and they can tell you what to do or where to go. We Filipino really love to help specially When someone is in need 😊 but the most important there is that you have to be carefull wheither you go in the Philippines or visit other country.
do not come on "tour packages from agents".. do it yourself.. making your own tour is less expensive... buy your tickets, travel on your own, always ask the locals

Im from Tablas..Romblon Province have 3 major island(tablas,romblon,sibuyan) and 3 minor islands(banton,simara,sibale) all beatiful islands to explore,maybe thats why its not touristy bcos its too many islands..best way to explore my province is by motorcycle especially roads near the coast..dont be afraid..people here are friendly..just ask where you want to go and they will guide you ..theres more than the bonbon sandbar..happy exploring!:)
Bad things can happen wherever you are but I feel so sorry for tourists who experiences something terrible in our country. Though majority of Filipinos are nice but there are still few people who has bad intentions and who would do those bad things even for us Filipinos.

10:35 Inaladelan Island (now German Island) is Located at Port Barton, Palawan. Not much tourist and the corals are untouched that is why it is a better diving/snorkeling area than El Nido or Coron.

You are totally right guys, we Filipino's avoid Riding taxi as well, but should encounter one, we have our Department of Transportation and LTO (Land & Transport Office, LTFRB (Land and Transport Franchising & Regulatory Board) who manage those, all you have to do is to take their Body Number, Plate Number, put the date, the time it happened and complain, the taxi driver will lose his drivers license, pending investigation and hearing and the taxi will lose its a franchise, we take fraud and corruption very very seriously so, complain once you experience it.
Yes! I relly know TABLAS! Tablas is the largest of the islands that comprise the province of Romblon. Romblon has its main islands include Tablas, the largest, which covers nine municipalities, Sibuyan with its three towns, as well as the smaller island municipalities of Corcuera, Banton, Concepcion, San Jose, and Romblon, the provincial capital. And by the way I lived in Sibuyan Island, Romblon. Here on our Island has a very well known tourist spot named CANTINGAS RIVER RESORT.
If you take tourist in any country you much be always drink water or you can touch the ground or dush you feel comfortable... God bless us

Additional information for those who want to visit the Philippines, as much as possible try to contact first a Filipino citizen (a trusted one) before you plan for a vacation in our country. Scammers and illegal drivers are anywhere in the Philippines, and in order for you to avoid them, always look for a tour guide. And yeah, grab taxi is also the best option to travel from one place to another in the Philippines or look for a shuttle van there is a registered company that owns a shuttle van for rental. Instead of using grab taxi apps, ask one of the locals in the Airport where you landed if there is have a shuttle van company that you can rent nearby, and what will happen? You just have to pay them according to the agreed price for a whole trip all over the Philippines. And if ever you have been scammed, do not hesitate to call the Police, or ask assistance from the Department of Tourism here in the Philippines.

One advice don't just focus on the famous tourist destination. There's a lot of beautiful destinations here in Philippines that's the same as famous destination. 😊
Tablas is a very nice place in Romblon, most of the islands are still untouched and if u like to find a real relaxation and paradise, this is one of the must see places in the Philippines.
1. If you can get a reliable friend to help you in your trip or stay here, it's better.
2. WAZE App os commonly used app by GRAB taxis so you can also track down where is your transportation vehicle is going whether it be a tricycle or taxi.
3. Know the Hotline numbers for emergencies. (Police, Fire, LTO, etc.) So, you can call for help when encountered with scammers or other crime related things.
4. When you hire a taxi, don't let them feel and think that you are innocent or ignorant of the place. Know your destination and tell them directly where os your destination and tell them to use METER. Reminder: It is illegal for PUBLIC transport to choose his passenger and to refuse the passenger. Get the drivers name or identification and the plate # in which they are required to hang it inside visible to the passengers.
5. Travel in mixed groups. If you travel as girls only, you attract stupid people. Like what happened to her she's been drugged possibly to be raped or abducted. Who knows?... palawan and mindanao area has history of those kidnapping specially foreigners that isolate themselves on vacation.
6. Try to search more further for places to go. Because some of the beautiful places are not yet advertised or don't advertise but has the same beauty as the famous tourist destinations. You can also asks directly the locals.

Another tip. 😉Get 1 filipino that you can call a friend, and you can trust, but don't give it all, no one only you can fully trust but yourself, you're old enough, even your parents tell you everything, but the last one who can decide is you being you. If you are sure, think again, make it double or triple. 😁
Are area in Luzon have lot of beaches and Natural insights to see. (Pangasinan, La union, Ilocos, Zambales, Baler etc..)

The real solution for those mistakes is go here in the Philippines without planning where you want to go just keep in your mind that things that you want to do and dont use apps that offers good packages just ask for persons filipino is kind loving and caring we always do our best for our tourist i hope you learned something❤️
