As per the record of maintenance cases there are only two things that can cancel maintenance to husband is wife's adultery and her job husband have to prove this in court then only the maintenance will get cancel but most of the time I mean if we check the records of maintenance cases in india 80% Maintenance cases goes to the favour of wife firstly wives are mostly housewife and second 15%-20% wives do adultery and husband prove that in court only I will just Say to most of the husband do compromise because intially maintenance amount that is going from your account seems low to you but after sometime you will understand the amount which wife is receiving kind of affecting your pocket your life Thanks 👍
