That's because low-quality unconstitutional cops are the Gestapo when law-makers tell them to take our guns or arrest us for free speech. Just as there are honorable officers, there are scumbag officers. They should absolutely be kept in check by the People.

    • @manofchaitea6904

Because police are the government and eventually the government will use police to disarm citizens. In many places they have used police to enforce illegal laws. Police are the government, they do as they are told, by the government. Police should not have military weapons.

    • @sledgedragon2677

@@JordanDragonAs That's the importance of having multiple levels of tests before being allowed to own guns. A background check, alibi, and written test should all be present.
By alibi I mean multiple people who can vouch for you as a character.
A psyche evaluation is also important, since almost all shootings occur as a direct result of psychological turmoil.
Basically, the seller should be absolutely certain that you are a responsible carrier who has control of their emotions.

Saw this on police activity and it reeks of the same situation that got that officer killed in Las Cruces. A Drug investigation with undercover units who got uniformed cops to pull over a dangerous criminal that starts blasting, narcs then pull up after it’s over. Thank God for the officers quick thinking, how the perp survived after sustaining so many shots is both unbelievable and a real shame.

Depends on the situation, really. I was on parole and what you said would be true. If it's a lawful order, you do it. Otherwise they tell you 'rub your stomach and pat your head, then spin around on one foot', then no. Once you're on probation you get deemed 'less offensive' by the Peace Office, so they deal with you less, speak less to you, etc. Most of us lose our fourth amendment for illegal search and seizure, but they still extend the courtesy of asking you if they can perform a search.

Her .38 Special hollow points failed to open when she shot the guy, but also the guy was so high it didn't register to his body that he was dead. So he took her pistol away and then took turns letting her shoot him as he shot her. Then she finally shot him in the pelvis. That stopped him. I knew the shooter. He was a friend of my sister. We all lived in the same apartment complex. Jimmy had a horrible upbringing. Father was not there ever, and his sister/grandma died in a car crash. His mom was all he has and she resorted to drugs and alcohol. He himself went to alcohol at a young age and I'm sure he dabbled in drugs but I'd be too young to know. He would steal beers from people at the pool at our apartment complex Pirates Landing in Seabrook TX. He was a known trouble maker in the complex and his mother was too strung out or drunk to deal with him. He raised himself in the worst way possible. For the last 8 or so years I haven't heard much from or about him. I do know his last ex girlfriend stabbed him multiple times and was certifiably insane. At heart he was actually a kind person. It's sad to see his life end up how it is. But I can't say I'm surprised he did what he did.

I figured it would be something like that. What he did was inexcusable and he got what he had coming to him but it still sucks that suffering is all he knows and drugs are the only thing he thinks can stop that. I've alot of people I love that are in dark places surrounding drugs and awful upbringings so I'm aware these things aren't always as black and white as they may seem.

Hey Donut, the left arm of the officer on the ground may have been affected by the shot to the chest, but if you look closely at your video at around 5:50, you can clearly see that he's using his left hand to shield the sun from his eyes while he mag-dumps the suspect (my theory). As one former cop to another, I love your channel and commentary.

Once I was at the range as the sun started setting and I didn't have my sunglasses just my eye pro from work so I spent 30 minutes training to shoot one handed while blocking the sun with my other hand, I shot better like that than I had all day 😂

I love how if a suspect shoots at a cop once that gives 2 separate cops the right to mag dump the suspect but if an everyday citizen mag dumped a suspect in an act of self defense it’s considered “excessive lethal force”
