    This is great stuff. Ive kinda discovered most of these stretches on my own, but have not stuck with them because they are so painful. This vid is gonna change that! Id recommend holding these for 2 minutes though, if you really want to make permanent changes

    when do you advice this stretching be done? after shoulder workout? or before?

      denxo corias for sure before ... but as often as possible . When addressing an imbalance or poor recruitment pattern the more often we do moves like this the better we will move in general . Frequency is king .

    when do you recommend this type of stretch to be done? Pre/Post workout? Or off days?

      Easy dynamic stretches pre, static intensive stretches post and off days
