This is great stuff. Ive kinda discovered most of these stretches on my own, but have not stuck with them because they are so painful. This vid is gonna change that! Id recommend holding these for 2 minutes though, if you really want to make permanent changes
Bros idk how you guys don’t already have a million subscribers. Your podcasts and videos are such good sources of information on par with or better than many of the bigger name influencers out there.
These vids seem impressive and I will add all this to my workouts! Thank you! I have a question... Does the doc know how to stretch or maybe some special kind of training for frozen shoulders? Thanks once again!
denxo corias for sure before ... but as often as possible . When addressing an imbalance or poor recruitment pattern the more often we do moves like this the better we will move in general . Frequency is king .
This guy really knows his stuff..and communicates it in a very clear way.
Love this whole series!!

Did this at my work desk while watching the video. Such a good stretch across the shoulders, feel so much more free. Thank you
when do you recommend this type of stretch to be done? Pre/Post workout? Or off days?
Easy dynamic stretches pre, static intensive stretches post and off days
@Toversnol what does "for better recovery" even mean
So at what frequency you recommend to do these stretches? Before every workout? After every workout? Or daily?
Daily
Are these stretches ok if you have a small labrum tear?
whatever happened at 1:20 is like difference of opinion going unnoticed
Listening to this guy is like hearing a PhD. thesis.
