My name is Leo and I grew 2cm in one day over night. So I was hanging for half an hour and doing alot of stretches and jumping. I did so much that I couldn't believe the results. I went from 184cm to 186cm. They say in the morning you grow taller but not this much. I was abit scared to see my self in the mirror taller than usual. We are not meant to see our selfs taller and yet I was. I am 22 most likely still growing or stopped. I haven't grown in months from when I was 21 in 2019 I was 183cm from the age of 19. I started stretching a month and 14 days and I grew just 1cm I thought to my self is that it i figured i hadn't grown a tall because on the measuring tape it said i was just 183 but if i stand up super straight as possible I was 184. I drink milf I drink alot of water 3 big bottles a day and I eat healthy I use to eat alot of garbage food and I stopped because most girls don't like fat men so I decided to do the work. I also swam, I swim about 5 to 7 hours a week or more. But hanging is the significant difference and you get to keep your height if your hang everyday because your telling your body to do the work so it keeps it up. My brother is 187.5cm and I am almost the same height as him before I was so much shorter that it was embarrassing it look like he was wearing shoes but he was just tall and thin. But trust me out there the more you hang the more taller you get. I also do neck exercises it helps for the spine to go longer. Do all of this and you grow to about 2 inches. After when am done I will tell you all my height. So iv grow 2cm than I'll grow another 2cm than making me 188cm than maybe I'll grow a other 1cm or 2 but realistically there is no limit to what you can reach. I was 17 stone before super obise so I lost height because of my spine because there was one summer where i was over 6ft like 6ft1 and than when I went fat again I lost so much that I went to almost 181cm. Also when I did all this exercises I was in abit of pain but good pain that means it's working. So for all of you out there who want this you have to put the working in. I am still a little bit fat I weigh like 15 or 14 stone at the moment but that will change. Well I hope I gave you guys some hope out there good luck to you all.
That is height gained from stretching a compressed spine. It is temporary and after a few hours of having a loaded spine you go back to less height. And 2 cm is about the most change there will be.
@@kirayamato1722no, people in space become 2 inches(5-6 cm taller) ofcourse it is temporary but it’s not completely temporary since the spine doesn’t just compress back instantly. So if you keep active you will keep that height. But the only way to grow bones is to 1 GH 2 Hurt your bones.
I’ll give this a try. I have been hanging as long as possible taking a minute break and hanging again for 5 sets. Haven’t really made much progress in that way. Will report back in a month. 👍

@@balqis9046 Unfortunately Legoland got rid of their hanging challenge. I was probably the only sad person at the park that day. The training had other benifits though. It significantly increased my grip strength and forearm endurance, which has been awesome for my jiu jitsu training.

It's a matter of taste and goals, really. Both is possible, but it leads to other specializations. Your body adapts what you train. For hanging and climbing, using your fingers is better.
Humam Slayer Giant monsters with huge hands like that have thick skin, normal people will see their skin tearing due to all that pulling on the bunched up palm skin. Think how crossfitters are always bragging about their torn skin. They're gripping in the palm
Travis was explaining how to get a better false grip for arm wrestling which utilizes less finger strength and more wrist strength, whereas the preferred method for hanging or climbing in general is to use the fingers. I think even Devon Larratt says that you want to avoid using your finger grip if you are going to be doing some of the power moves.
Can you explain about active hang? I can't get my shoulders in line with my body and don't understand why to active hang or exactly what to do with my shoulders to do it correctly. Also do you try to sustain continuous contracting like mini pull ups?

(Sorry I don't remember the brand or model.) This bar sits a bit higher in the doorway, giving me more ground clearance for movement, and the foam grips and foam pads that protect the doorway are thicker. It was also very quick and easy to assemble. The only minor gripe I have is that the hand grips in the middle are really tight on the bar, and therefore hard to slide along the bar if you want a wider or narrower grip. You have to be patient and gradually work them into the position you want.

I don't have a hanging bar at home, school or a nearby park. I try it on the racks at my home so I think it's more difficult for me.
