why aren't you dropping to 37-38?
Do you mean the SID? Typically 40" is the least we use.
Axial view is not correct , because image magnification occur when pad placed under wrist
This is an alternate view. It comes straight out of textbook. Magnification can be reduced by increasing SID to 44".
