Don't forget about comparing these with just pomegranates and a mix of getting pomegranates and mushrooms also. I've heard both are amazing sources of money to farm aswell.
As mushrooms plain sell at 1.2k per (jar) and golden at 2k per (jar) while pomegranates are sold at 1.6k per (jar). And doing just pomegranates has resulted in more money for me than mushrooms and I haven't tried doing both in the same run yet, but have heard it's good also.
Yea its very laggy bc of the entity cramming, basically where there is a lot of something in a small area. Which doesn't happen with sapphire bc there is "less" items
Overall with a auto system for both ores and jars I do make more with enoki muahrooms over sapphire due to it produccimg the jars at a faster rate, but as of recently ive been trying what I mentioned above about pomegranates alone and mixed with mushrooms and have been seeing even more money from pomegranates for now
Just fyi with a proper auto-jar system it can proccess 2-4 jars a second making the proccessing time much less, therfore making the cash per min much much higher

Server hoping is also the best way to fill a truckload when grinding fruits/flowers
