Thanks for the review. I would recommend having three outdoor screens playing the Country Bear Jamboree. Each screen showing each of the three stages, combined to play the entire show. That way diners can enjoy the show we no longer have at Disneyland with little to no cost
Liked the video, wish they didn’t remove the impossible burger, regular funnel cake, regular french fries, and onion rings! Not a place for people wishing for more vegan options.
Haha! Alka-Seltzer Plus! I only buy expensive beverages, if they have alcohol in them. I would go for the mixed BBQ platter. I've rescheduled my Disneyland trip SIX times this year. Hopefully, with any luck -- Lunar New Year 2025. Maybe I'll get to finally try the Cheeseburger bao.
Really loved the venue of Big Thunder Ranch BBQ especially at Christmas time with the live music and family style food service made for a special experience.The sides dishes were good and the coleslaw with the oil vinegar dressing was outstanding. That being said the meat wasn't real BBQ. Sauce does not BBQ make. Haven't been to the new HBBJ yet so I won't say it isn't actual BBQ, slow low temp cooked for hours, but from the whitish color of the ribs suggests it not real BBQ. I still went to Big Thunder Ranch BBQ because I enjoyed the overall experience, but not sure the surroundings, although very pleasant can compare to BTRB .

Untoasted white bread is very traditional with southern bbq. It’s for absorbing the extra sauce.
