Now it is important for foreigners to know that getting rid of the feeling of “I” getting rid of soul,I have seen many yoga people saying I became empty and invited shiva into my body and it was chaos,even 9lives are not enough to even wake shiva up,you’re probably inviting some local bad force,getting rid of I mean connecting with your own soul which is part of bramhan,and strengthen it with dharma that way you will become bold and strong don’t start loosing your self and dharma is not about entirely leaving worldly things you can do Bhakti in your daily life activities or job,if you follow dharma in your work that is also Bhakti.
