Dessa remains one of my favorite lyricists of all time. I love this!
Maybe the only artist that always exceeds the highest of expectations. Incredible talent. Stef, Cecil, Mike, et al are great but Dessa is a unicorn.

I like the imagery of commercialism/commodity, reviving the dead sold fish and taking it to a nice aquarium. I like that it's to an aquarium and not just out to the ocean, it has more so the connotation of caring about wellbeing rather than just escape, be free if it kills you. And the shopping cart is a dynamic prop.
A day with new Dessa is a good day indeed. Brilliant lyricism, an incredibly natural flow, and fantastic singing, as always.
Excellent, as always. Also, I love how the copy on the cue card is a lyric from Talking Business. Very nice touch.
