    Tells you a lot about cops this animal isn't fired, jailed or even missing a paycheck with the 'reassignment'. Obvious felony assault all caught on camera. The order to leave a private parking lot where the investigation was OVER was illegal. Everything that happened was criminal on the cop's part. Sickest thing was yelling at an unconscious woman to 'quit resisting'.

      Unlike the animal that assaulted the woman, the other two cops did not commit any crimes, so I do not see how they could be charged. You could maybe argue that they should be fired for not intervening more quickly to stop the man from assaulting her, but it all went down very fast. I don't think they reasonably had time to stop him. Probably the best argument to be made is that they should have arrested him for assault and battery, and let the woman go (to the hospital, as a free woman). That they did not do so should be enough to fire them. But the way the blue line gang works, they are more likely to have his back and try to protect him from accountability.

But what they should have done is immediately arrested the cop who assaulted her. That they did not do so should be grounds to fire them. But the way the blue line gang works is that they are never held accountable for their crimes, and the female cops would get in more trouble with their department for lawfully arresting him than for failing to arrest him.

    What I seen in this video is a criminal with a badge that has assaulted the woman without due cause. She has the right to be there. There was no criminal/traffic investigation going on. The officer should lose his immunity and be charged as a criminal and arrested. The other officers there also should be charged as well. For not protecting her rights and for not reporting the officer misconduct. This is not just 1 officer that should be charged. What threat was she to any of the officers as they had their own backs to her? They KNEW she was no threat and the officer violated her rights.

      In the first part it looks like one of the women officers leans down and manipulates the recording device. Tampering with evidence and trying to cover up their crime. This was the local business vid that was going to be released either way, PD just bundled it in to get ahead of it. Someone should FOIA WFAA & FWPD communications also to see how they coordinated the scoop

      If you watch the live stream for when it cuts out it lines up with when you see the female cop fiddling with the camera on the bodycam. More important to cut the feed than make the arrest or help the victim I guess. Fire her too.

    Mattie best get the checkbook out to pay for this "Cowboy's" aggression. It's his second excessive force incident, that is why he left Irving PD. He should lose state license for life. I counted 5 police vs. 1 late 50's lady with camera. All to tow a car, looks like shift commander needs to reallocate these duds to Stop 6 where the real action is. Cameras keep cops honest, looks like officer was not liking the attention. She has been a thorn in the PDs side, but because someone needs to keep them in check since the chief and staff do not. What a shame and blotch on the good cops of the force.

    She was just filming and asking legitamit questions. Cops were towing cars on private property. There was a sign that showed a QR code or how to pay for parking (? not sure if online or how)
    She asked the women cops how they knew if someone paid or not ? That's it..... She was not aggressive or threatening.. There was no "crime scene" tape up or anything....This attack was not warranted. Totally outrageous behavior from an out-of-control cop.....And he's done this before.......FT. Worth taxpayers will pay for this....

    How is this remotely justifiable?!? 16 seconds from the LEO opening the door of the cruiser until CFW hits the ground. She had a camera. She made no threatening moves. All she was was non-compliant to unlawful orders. There is NO justification for this type of policing. Kruger is a bad cop.

      I saw her resisting and pulling away 3 times when he tried to arrest her. She wouldn’t have gone flying if she wasn’t pulling away. However, officers need to judge force. He used too much and this is the result.

      cop just said she was under arrest for what no crime
      so why did he arrest her and use force when she was not doing anything but record what was happening
      and that is not a crime
      and clearly the cop got out the patrol car and walked towards her at the start she was just walking behind the 2 cops at a distance no less .
      again walking is not a crime also.
      cop clearly has no real reason to go hands on but he did that is pure assault for no real reason .

    He says "Caroline we're busy, go to the other side of the street" meaning that he knew this woman well enough to know her name. He was annoyed and did this full well knowing what he was doing. He knew she was zero threat and just wanted to hurt someone.
