lot's of nerd emoji haters in here. this voiceover 100% fits the whole theme of noire 80's badass cyborg killing machines. Made me think a lot about the voiceover at the beginning of the track Tech Noire by GUNSHIP, which definitely harbors the same theme as here. shit slaps fr, amazing track and sound
I would have to adjust the voice yeah even if it already mixes a lot and a lot of effects are added on top, I tried to give it a "robot" effect but I found it really bad haha
The voice over really grew on me but what really adds to it is the insane fucking beat playing in the background... definitely keep the voice over in my opinion, needs some tweaking of course :D
I quite like the track, and the voiceover could work, however the tone it gives sounds off with the rest of the track. I'd say my problem with the voice is that it doesn't flow right compared to the music and sounds out of place, like not synced. The line "They've become too powerful" is probably the example I'd use at 0:48. I'd also say the way the voice expresses its dissatisfaction and frustration also sounds a bit off. I do think that trying to get those emotions across can be beneficial, but I take it's easier said than done. I can't give any super good tips or anything because I myself haven't done any music work, but maybe try to stress different syllables instead? Or maybe tweak the wording to have the same message but different tone? As someone else said, a few changes to the voiceover and it can work.
Thank you for your message! And yeah actually I see where the problem lies and I tend to agree, I have to say that I'm pretty bad at managing and mixing a voice on a track haha, I would do my best to improve that the future 🫡
Are you talking about the voiceover? So to tell the truth I haven't really thought about it but we can imagine that it is the mayor of Villenoire or a high-ranking member of its administration.
@@cyberpriest_official Thanks Because I care about this character, as if I feel like a ghost from Cole Duty, but from the world of cyberpunk (I apologize, but I use Google Translate)
I respectfully disagree that it's cringe. This whole type of music is stylised after a wider genre that is already heavily stylised, so a slightly campy and dramatic voiceover fits the mood right in. Also, it's cringe to think that something is cringe. You reach the true base when you rise beyond categories of cringe and base.
Im trying to run a cyberpunk RPG and currently looking for tracks that suit the ambient well, the voice-over is not only cringe, its actively getting in the way of the immersive experience@@user-cb4vt3qm3j
Nah dude, those super-cheesy 80's vibes are what defines this genre. If the Magnatron 3000 and the Cyber-Cathedral Of Doom band together to exterminate mankind, shit's going to be a banger!
Ok, so this is how the Bakunin Observance came to being
The voiceover is so powerful and badass, I love the grit and emotion. It fits so well with the tone!
@@sheilaarkurshicin Thanks dude!
"Do [CYBORGS] feel pain? [DIGITAL OMNIMESSIAH] I hope so."
I feel like with just slight tweaks the voice over works really well
Бро это шикарно 👏 я буду включать этот трек для битвы с боссом меха своим друзьям в Д&Д
If that's the way you wrote it, than that's the way it should be. I say leave it like it is.
Totally agree.

people are allowed to have their opinions bro, and you're allowed to disagree, novel concept i know
Honestly I like the voiceover. Just add some filters to it to make it seem more otherworldly.
Ignore the haters bro. The voiceover at the start sounds very "big-boss man" like. Almost like some corporate executive in a clandestine meeting
Voice over is fine i think maybe some filters if anything but it perfectly fits the cyberpunk style. Keep it man.

Sick track ! Love it 💜
voiceover fits, just needs some filters i think

What is the story of this character?

track is FIRE but the voiceover is cringe as hell, you should remove it altogether
Sorry I got carried away
i know how it feels man, its the kind of embarrassing stuff you do when youre like, 16
