    What really helps to have a GOOD sleep quality is a room that is dark and quiet, so there's nothing that can interrupt the phases to fall in a deep sleep. We all have to go the toilet or something, thats normal. But we all need a good quality of sleep. My secret is to put something in my ears so i don't hear noises on a specific level. Of course you can still hear the wake up ⏰ but not the surrounding noises. And in addition, a sleeping room spray with a smell that keeps yourself calm (most important), for me it's lavender or eukalyptus smells🤞and i put myself on a acupressure mat + neck roll to relax my body before going to bed 🤞

    I have problem with sleeping from my childhood and the only thing that helps is taking cod liver oil and vitamin d but look for the best oil as some of them are not the right ones
