'126' is about my recovery - i'd often wake in a sweat in the first year of sobriety having dreamt that i'd been using - i wrote it in those moments of adjusting to the daylight and realising it hadn't really happened - the deep appreciation and relief for the opportunity to live again that overwhelmed afterward.
