@@eddyjacx5622 you can tell ningning is a professional singer not a kpop singer by the way her high notes and light and her lows and extremely developed
@@Kimnabi123 Extremely developed lows? Not at all. They're fine for a modern kpop singer but it's nothing special. Uji, Eunji, Wendy, Hyolyn can all beat her there, and those aren't even the strongest chest voices in pop music by a long shot lol. Her high notes aren't bad per se, but they aren't strong either. Even someone like Lily has a palpably better developed belting technique, and Lily can't be compared to the true chesty belters either lol. Good belts aren't "piercing," they've full and open, and NN's best are still way too light to be described with those adjectives. It's quite a bit less impressive than higher A-AAs like Kei or Swan.
so her supported range must be G3-C5/C#5(D5)-E5/F5?? Anyways, im happy that NingNing is being able to upgrade her vocal everyday since her SMRookie days
@ilovebeomgyu3947 I agree with the head voice part, but giving her G3 ~ C5 is kind of too harsh. She has sung many supported F#3s since debut and even before when she was younger. Her consistency on C#5 is arguable, and it actually doesn't make any difference, but she barely has any bad attempts. Even though the quality is different in comparison to her C5s, I'd personally say it's fair to give her C5/C#5.
@@queenning28 it isn't intense as Wendy version of this song. She used heady mix a whole C5-F#5 & sound very tense Ningning used headvoice coordination, very light at that, not even full headvoice. There is a sustain D5 she dodged by using headvoice too 3:12 soft headvoice
That is headvoice coordination, Ningning's E5 & F5 heady mix is quite tight & intense Her F5 is even thinner than normal headvoice like this ruclips.net/video/61n3tPBjjmU/видео.html I agree Ningning's Eb5 is not overly tight or throaty

aespa vocal tiers: 1. ningning C+ (not B- since she doesn’t have resonance qualities) 2. winter C (she’s been improving and even supported a C#5) 3. giselle D+ (she’s now consistent with Bb4 but still shallow) 4. karina D+ (she’s not fully consistent with Bb4 [A4/Bb4])
her mix is so light i didnt even realize how high she was going most of the time
because she has good technique. she doesn’t force strong belts
@@Kimnabi123She can't do strong belts, at all. Avoiding them isn't a technical skill as much as it is lack of development.
