I bought both to decide for myself and have the same pros and cons for each as covered in this @connectthewatts video. With the firmware updates it still takes about 5-6 sec to change weights on the Jaxjox which isn't terrible but is annoying. I do like the overall kettlebell shape and handle of jaxjox so I will probably keep it and return bowflex. The bowflex reminds me of a giant padlock and the handle is not as comfortable as jaxjox. On the otherhand, the jaxjox shape makes it feel a lot larger than the bowflex so when doing swings, I have to spread my legs a little wider than when using the jaxjox. Neither of these are perfect so it's a tough call to determine which is best.
Great review, but I’m torn between the two now that the JaxJox is $99. My question is, if there’s ever a problem with the electronics/tech on that one, would it render the kettlebell useless in terms of changing weight ? Thanks
At $99 I would say it’s well worth it. Never had any trouble with it working, just a bit slower to change weights than others… but at $99 that is a solid deal.
Ya that’s a pretty good price. I also have been testing the JAXJOX kettlebell that came with their studio, and changing the weights is now super quick which was one of my issues. I’m not sure if that was a firmware upgrade that was made to all the JAXJOX kettlebells but I hope so. Either way, $150 and no shipping is definitely solid.
Do not buy the jaxjox. The app has never worked, their support is terrible and if the base which holds the weights stops working you are are screwed unless you take out a protection plan

Great video as always. I’ll stick when my Bowflex but use the other guys app.
Jaxjox was 50 bucks yesterday at Best buy..sold out .i got it for 100 before they lowered it to 50.
Jaxjox is on sale for $99 should i get it above bowflex which is for $119
Probably JAXJOX. They’ve made some firmware updates to improve the speed so it’s better now
$49.99 for the Jaxjox now so... I think at that price it's definitely a snag at that price.
@@byronlopez2189 how have they been?
I found a used Jaxjox for $150 being sold locally (somewhere I can drive so no shipping) would you recommend the unit for that price? Thanks!

It’s now 99
I got the bow flex for 160 with tax’s
The bowflex sucks for cleans and snatches. It is very uncomfortable.
