I love that JL takes the guests to Hershels. To me as a New Yorker that is the #1 Philly specific spot. It's better than any deli we have in NYC and I used to go down to Philly just for those sandwiches. It's absolutely essential to have that if you're in Philly. To locals, it's probably just a regular sandwich because Philly has the highest standards possibly in the world for good sandwiches.
