I live on the former Brockway Property in Chagrin Falls and have a '48 Model D I'm fixing up. The Brockway factory still stands next door. I loved seeing this video.
This takes me back many years into the 60's when my dad bought an old Leader wide front end tractor. It to was rough but then most of those he picked up were rough.
I'm an A-C guy but I'm also an owner operator truck driver, AND a lover of rare tractors and other equipment. Would the Brockway company that built this tractor be the same one that built heavy trucks?
I grew up in Norhern Az Clay Springs area the LDS Community have a lot of OLD tractors & farm implement equipment sitting around in barns & fields. Perhaps you could look into this.
Me and my brother have decided to sell our Dads old leader it looks a little ruff ,I had it running back in 2009 ,just been sitting on the back lot,I hate to see a piece of history go to waste

Vintage Farm Tractors - one of the good things in life.

Leader is a household name in my house. We have a Fordson dexta though.

Leader tractors were geared to run at interstate hwy. speeds.
