Big God O (CfaN Crusade in Ogbomosho, Nigeria)

Last month God opened an amazing door to lead this song (that comes from Nigeria) at a CfaN crusade in Ogbomosho, Nigeria.... with a congregation of about 100,000 people! OH MY! SO AMAZING! GOD'S LOVE IS SO BIG! IS SO BIG! IS SO BIG!
STORY: Back in 1999 Papa John Cava and I went on a scouting trip to Senegal and Ivory Coast. We were at a church service in Abijan (capital of Ivory Coast) and all the songs were in French except this one English chorus (from Nigeria) they sang while bringing their offering to the front of the sanctuary. All the African ladies in their big colorful dresses, marching toward the front, doing these hand motions... "I HAVE A VERY BIG GOD O, HE'S ALWAYS BY MY SIDE... A VERY BIG GOD O, BY MY SIDE, BY MY SIDE!!!...." They just kept singing it over and over for like 20 minutes... it erupted into such a joyful celebration, and dance line.... Mr. Cava and I just looked at each other and said we need to bring this back to Brownsville! When we got back home I showed the song it to Bill William Ancira and he loved it. He said "Charles I love it but it's just the chorus over and over again.... we need to add a verse or two..." And right there in his living room we wrote... "GOD IS BIG, ALL OVER ME... GOD IS BIG ALL OVER YOU... GOD IS BIG ALL OVER US.... GOD IS BIG.... ALL OVER THE WORLD...." :) Then later the bridge came spontaneously... "Man's love is so small, is so small is so small..." And the rest is history! It became an instant favorite at BRSM. And, I'll never forget when I heard from someone... "Lindell just sang BIG GOD O at Revival!" I was smiling ear-to-ear. That song has served as a wonderful ice breaker all over the world.
