In phase 2 exam we have to count words or it is given in screen that 599 words, 600 words, etc. ....?
When u reach the limit of 600 it automatically stops typing

No.. check last year's notification and you'll realise that they would notify that one must've degree before January 2024.(last year they mentioned one must have degree before 1 Jan 2023). Be clear with this fact
