Чистка каждых 7 дней. Отверстие которые чистил сверлом, раз 3 месяца. Топил только дровами, точнее яблоней…

Тогда надо где то брать осину, она при горении выжегает всю смолу и наверное раз в неделю топить осиной. Иначе с такой топкой котлу придет конец.
