As a ex juggernaut main, both can.
It wasn't great offensively, but as a defense and a distraction, it's great.

The juggernaut isn’t bad if you play it right. Of course you’re gonna die fast if you’re just running around with a pistol. You literally have a whole as riot shield

I remember that when i was a child with hard lag, i read the notification of "juggernaut recon" and say "free kill"

Nah, I will always defend the Recon Drone. Being able to constantly harass the enemy team with the concussion effect, jamming their radar, AND the constant red dot on the mini map is so incredibly good if the team uses the intel right. Only 10 kills on the support streak makes it super easy to get, it lasts for an entire minute, and it has 2 sets of flares. So unless someone wants to waste their time and an entire mag to shoot it down, it'll put in work.
Problem is EMP grenades exist and can just ruin it! The other thing is it's kinda not worth it since it's in the same killstreak package as a advanced UAV and a normal UAV. Recon drone does mean you being shot at while everyone else does the killing.

For an "Awful" Killstreak, MW3's Recon Drone sure does provide a lot of EXP when you tag all the enemies you see and don't get shot down.
And it's way useful for your team knowing the position of every enemy
It also gives them a little stun effect whenever they're tagged. May help indirectly win a firefight...

Combine the Recon Drone with an Advanced UAV (or 3 regular UAVs active at the same time), and you'd basically have MW3's equivalent of an Orbital VSAT.
Recon Drones power comes in basically how good your teammates are. Cause the thing is once they are tagged they will not leave the radar at all. They also get flashbanged once they're tagged. The enemies radar is getting jammed when it's close to them. There's a lot of good things about the Recon Drone all the while being a support streak. It's just garbage teammates will still fail to kill 6 tagged enemies who's positions are revealed at all times.
White phosphorus was goated. I never got less than 7 or 8 kills directly, and in addition to that, the burn range is so large that most gunfights for the streaks duration, the enemies enter it with reduced health.

@belamerda145 Skill issue. Riot shield, health regen and portable radar makes it a very good support streak.
@shadow200343 and while you're using that you're not doing jackshit instead of running with specialist and getting moabs. Support streaks are just trash overall
Juggernaut recon is a skill issue, arguably better than assault Juggernaut.
Also the precision airstrike isn't that bad, Somewhat underrated.
Agreed he ran with usp as recon you switch between melee with the sheild and range with the pistol

BO2's dragonfire is actually pretty good if you use it correctly, just stay high up and move a lot, and the AGR is absolutely cracked if you control it
The problem is that the Dragon Fire easy to take it down by a EMP grenade
@@WcHDICE Yeah but it's easy to get and most people didn't use emp nades and if they did you can avoid it by being high and mobile enough
The support set of killstreaks in MW3 were good for players that weren’t that good, yet still provided valuable help, leading to the assault users to get the best KIllstreaks.
Yea abusing the players by calling EMP every 60 seconds or spamming EMPs and Stealth Bombers until they having seizures it happened before

Recon drone is slow but very good for open field maps. Once tagged they are perma tagged until death. Easy killstreaks with hardline pro.
AGR is decent if you let the AI control it in public matches.

To be honest the juggernaut recon is actually pretty good if you know how to use it right I always get 7-8 kills with it
I have a Video called "Is This an Assisted Quadfeed" where I did exactly that.
I walked down the tunnel in DOME and 4 guys were hosing me down.
One dude flanks em and wipes them all out.

Especially on that very narrow map, something promenade.
Advanced warfares scorestreak system was pretty fun to use, adding attachments to improve scorestreaks at the cost of increasing point cost made some weaker streaks viable like recon drone flashbanging people and disabling exo-suits
AW was awesome for that. You could take a regular mundane scorestreak and customize it to your liking. The stock scorestreaks were mid, but with the proper upgrades they were opaf, especially the goliath with the two munitions upgrades and the trophy system. Hardly anything could take you out easily.

White phosphorus was such a good kill streak. You could make so many other kill streaks so much more powerful, i would almost always just get kills with it straight up, and made fights super one sided cause the enemy spawns with reduced health

Most of them were skill issues Like the only one I think was really bad in MW3 was the support sentry. That shit was ASS,.
Especially that recon drone. That was hard to watch.
White phosphorus in MW2019 IS the best killstreak for holding point and controling area
In defense of the Recon Drone, if you use it in tandem with an Advanced UAV, then you'd basically have MW3's version of the Orbital VSAT from the Black Ops series.
And in defense of the Juggernaut Recon, it's best to let the enemies come to you instead of trying to chase them down. Stick with your teammates, and make use of the Riot Shield to block enemy fire while your allies mop them up.
I agree, because I honestly think that in Vanguard, both the War Machine and the Death Machine posed more of a threat to their own users than to an enemy player. When I used them, it was hard to manage both these killstreaks. 😒

You can make any killstreak look bad if you try hard enough, and you are trying _so godamn hard_ with some of these.
Gotta disagree with the Recon Drone: Small RC Copter with 2 flares, emps the enemy when you tag them, and with Hardline gives you assist kills towards your next streak. Pretty Overpowered in my opinion.
White phosphorus was an amazing streak in my opinion
I know it ruins the vision on the map and makes it so foggy but the initial drop always gave me a good amount of kills, the burning gave me an ok amount, but the op part not just for myself but my whole team is the fact it lowers the enemies team health. It may not be by a lot but it helped out a lot. I loved white phosphorus
Putting white p on the list is ur typical not knowing how the streak works bc it almost always gets me 4-12 kills at all times
To be fair, most of MW3's support streaks are non lethal anyways (aside from the infamous no skill multikill)
The MAWWS in Ghosts was the only launcher than can reliability target aircraft in the game, as it locked onto them, it was really the only viable counter to the OP Battle Hind killstreak.
Not to mention, you can get 4+ kills with the MAAWS too, so Ghosts619 is either trash or he's just clout chasing.
Say what you will about the Vulkan from Advanced Warfare's effectiveness, calling down an orbital beam is so fricken cool.
White phosphorus was a amazing killstreak got many kills with it probably one of the best killstreaks in mw19 definitely shouldn't be on this list
I love how the XS1 Vulcan is literally just the Hammer of Dawn from Gears of War.

The recon drone controls only suck because you are playing the PC port of the game. It's much better on cosole, with the added benefit of marking them on the radar forever untill the target dies

I always liked to use the recon drone on MW3. On a map like Seatown or Terminal you can fly above, tag the whole enamy team even if they have assassin, and your team can get tons of kills
I'm honestly a little upset the SAM hasn't come back in anything. I wish we had more passive counter score streaks than just the counter UAV.
It's a field equipment in cold war, so it came back relatively recently
It is also in CoD Moble but hardly ever used
@@ARCTROOPERECHO616that wouls be because it was nerfed last I heard. It would take all 4 of its rocket to shoot down a UAV.
I use the combat bow in Cold War because it provides a 1-shot melee. Though it's tough to land shots, it's a nice item to use when in close quarters so you can panic knife people.

im pretty sure hardline pro gave you a kill for 2 assists with the RD before they nerfed it

For real I get what they were trying to do with make it a team effort thing but it sucked a normal uav would have been better

Fun fact: I can say valkyrie rockets can be pretty useful. It’s just how well you train yourself to use it or use it plenty of times against bots and on the wii and i would do dam good with it u just need to know how to use it it’s what it is it’s how u use it

I personally liked the Valkyrie and the MAARV but I think that's because I've got a ton of experience with Laser-guided and remote controlled weaponry
The AGR is not too bad I used that AGR all the time and it's really good of killing players or bots.
You really get the feeling that a lot of these killstreaks can be improved with attachments/modifiers. Of cause though the attachments would need to be really good to make up for the extra cost.
At one point I was 3rd in the world on xbox with dart kills on bo4 lol. It's actually really good if you know how to fly it and abuse spawns, it also has 2 missiles you can shoot with it which you missed.
The Black Ops Valkyrie Rockets were actually great for getting gunships and other air vehicles.
yeah but the SAM turret also comes in a care package and only costs 3 or 4 kills

Valkyrie rockets weren't designed for killing people it was supposed to be an anti Air kill streak for example you know how when you shoot a rocket launcher it misses most of time due to flairs well the Valk can't fail cause you control it and it does massive damage as well.
Ok so I just wanna add the reason why the air drone ai is slow is because yes there is a perk that helps hide players from all Air streaks just like "cold blooded" hides players from ground streaks its called "blind eye"
I get hella kills with the white phosphorous on Shipment. Anywhere else, though...
I'm pretty sure while effective against personnel the main reason for the valks being so high might be because of their use against air targets like UAVs or controllable aircraft
If you hold the button to ascend the bomb drone while the animation is going it blows up immediately but if you use it right it can destroy campers or in shipment it can really help out
Modern Warfare 2 one of the worst streaks was the Overwatch Helo. Just didn't shoot anyone hardly, super easy for enemies to shoot down/destroy, and cost a good bit of kills or points. They rightfully demoted it in our $70 MW3 update, and promoted the VTOL jet.

Probably my favorite Streak to use in MW2019. Using that and an Advance UAV together was just perfect. Enemies were weak during the streak + No regen (unless they had a Stim) + the Knowledge of the Advanced UAV. You're chances of winning gunfights were really high.

I've watched most people use Vrockets on bo1 and most people don't know that u can click trigger to blow it up u dont have to let it hit an object
this is a video about killstreaks in the COD games but some of the issue is that there is no place to camp on any map now. now i know "no one likes campers" but campers are not only the easiest targets as you know where they are so you can kill them or avoid them giving them low scores but also using any sniper rifle in the game means its better to be a camper, you only get 1 shot before your 5-10 second reload so you are not going to be fast or accurate at close range and you need a place to defend yourself which you no longer have in the COD games.
Worst Killstreak in MW2 ?
COD4 and WAW doesn't count since those games have 3 Killstreaks but if i had to include them then i guess the Helicopter for COD4 and for WAW i think it will be Artillery.
The helicopter on COD 4 was pretty good?
COD4 chopper was insane. Especially since there weren't lock-on launchers then.
You could keep the helicopter for your next life and its kills would count towards another set of streaks.
Artillery from WaW was really good and the noise it made was practically terrifying being on the receiving end.
A lot of the kill streaks you showed are a lot better on hardcore than core tbh especially the VG war machine
The White Phosphorus isn't actually bad in objective gamemodes. Putting it on an objective makes it near impossible to capture it.
The recon drone in MW3 was an XP farm.
How this dude has 400K+ subs is beyond me. This is what players in low ranked SBMM must look like.
The module system for Killstreaks in AW was pretty cool actually.

The recon drone in me3 was op man. Just ping people and get your support killstreaks over and over. Yeah they were weaker but you could get them at way higher rates

The remote sentry can lay heavy suppressive fire without losing ammo or overheating. White Phosphorus when used with Vtol and another Ongoing Killstreak is devastating against the enemy. They want to shoot your killstreaks down but they can't see. And they get burned easily.
5:35 you probably have the stick layout as tactical so the drone uses your jump and crouch buttons… so that’s why

Recon Drones in MW3 were super good for racking up score and XP in games.
i forgot the valkyrie rocket was even a thing, i only remembered the grim reaper which wasnt even something you can equip if im remembering correctly
I loved the little helicopter kill streak, always fun to fly
Suploet jug, recon drone and remote sentry, and shield turret we're all great support kill streaks, great for support, team info, anti-air, or holding down objectives.
I do like how in the new MW3 with the sentry you can control it or let it do its thing

1. Purposefully non lethal
2. He's literally only playing Shipment/Nuketown
Plus the fact he uses them and gets several kills and goes

Yo when was favela on cod ghost I never knew that probably was a dlc map and at the time I never got dlcs for that game but thought I would have atleast new about that map on the game
The juggernaut recon is just too good
If requires 18 kills in the entire match, you can die 31 times, but if you destroy 31 UAVs, you get the recon
If your problem is the pistol, man, the skill issue is not use the support class, the issue are you.
I remember that there was a streak that dropped ALL packages for just 19 kills (if i'm not wrong) in support class, i repeat, almost all streaks, a VTOL just comes and start throwing boxes, both juggernauts, an AC-130, an airdrop trap, a reaper, a predator... literally every killstreak excepting itself and the osprey gunner
Talking about prices, why the weakers chopper cost 9? I now that it follows you and actually kills, but the normal chopper is cheaper, i know that the escort can help you in domination, but you can get a reaper with just 7 kills, so what is the point?

Pds2: we all know that the worst juggernaut is the one of Money in the Denk, do you remember that i was a child with hard lag that gets happy having 10 kills? Well, i prefered to NOT take the bomb MNTD because the i don't know how to use the desert eagle in MW3
The point of the juggernaut is to use the shield not the pistol,that's just a last resort thing
bomb drone is dumb but for the invasion mode or the war mode against snipers or vehicles or general infantry is just so good
MW3 recon drone is elite on certain mals if you're with a team.
Ghosts vulture could be decent situationaly however it would often give away your position.

The Valkyrie rocket was cool, but the turning was so badly delayed.
Say what you want about the LOKI from Ghosts, but In my opinion there isnt a streak in any CoD that *sounded* as cool as a Loki. Literally sounded like heaven was falling on earth.
I didn't play that much of older CODs, but apparently comments are not agreeing you with the MW3 Recon Drone or AGR.
Having to wait for a care package to pick up Valkyrie Rocket shouldn't be its drawback, as a few other streaks also have this requirement.
Scarab is basically a variant of HC-XD. If this is worse than same goes with HC-XD and even RC-XDs.
About Dart, as a MNK player I found both versions of it not very good. Had to lower my mouse sensitivity every time or I only got crash flights with it. But you're right about it losing the ability to fire rockets.
Shield Turret also has a significant lower TTK than regular weapons that made it even worse.
White Phosphorus is great for nuke-challenging players (teams). I'm not that skilled so I'd agree partially with you since it blocks everyone's vision in the game.
Armor is also life-saver skill just as Kinetic Armor from Battery. Of course now it's not that great for skilled players streak cycle. Most just go for Air Patrol-War Machine-HARP, or maybe Strafe Run.
Bomb Drone is not as OP, but still it's a free wallhack and can be used as a manual recon for teammates. Also I find it relatively harder to be shot down.
For the BoCW combat bow you only lose it if you die after shooting it once it’s gray to meme as a melee weapon
The laser beam in AW is OP. You said the upgrades don’t make it much better… you can literally have 3 much longer beams compared to only one. Makes it VERY OP and VERY FUN
I actually liked the Valkyrie rocket. Funny flying it through houses to kill people inside

The loki is a support thing its actually really good because your supposed to spawn Jug then put crates down for your team and protect them with the rods
The white phosphorus was prime on maps that had dead straight lanes like St. Petrograd, Superstore & Shoot House. Or on maps that had all 3 flags in dom in line with each other.
