I hope everyone will be good and fine,
In this lecture we discussed about class 9th maths, ch2,real and complex numbers introduction,
This is a very easy and simple chapter related to real and complex numbers,
In this lecture we learnt about different sets of mathematics, like
1)set of natural numbers
2)set of whole numbers
3)set of integers
4)set of real numbers
5)set of rational numbers
6)set of irrational numbers
7)Complex numbers
All types mentioned above we learnt with the help of definition and examples,
Different definitions are 👇👇👇
¤ Natural numbers,
The numbers which we use for counting certain objects are called natural numbers or positive numbers,
Example, 1,2,3.........................
The set of natural numbers Is denoted by capital N👇👇
N={1,2,3,........}
¤ Whole numbers,
If we include 0 in the set of natural numbers ,the resulting set will be set of whole numbers,
Example, {0,1,2,3,......}
The set of whole numbers is denoted by capital W
W={0,1,2=3,.......}
¤ Set of integers
Set of integers contain positive integers, 0 and negative integers,
Example {....-1,-2,-3,0,1,2,3,.. . }
Set of integers is denoted by capital Z
Z={...,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,....}
¤ Rational Numbers,
The numbers which can be written in the form of p/q where q not equal to zero and p, q € Z
Example, 2/5
¤ Irrational Numbers,
The numbers which can't written in the form of p/q is called irrational numbers,
Example, e, π
¤ Set of Real Number,
R=rational numbers+irrational numbers
