I haven't watched that video yet But I definitely will check it out. Interestingly, I just discovered that the Etymology of anxiety and worry are all connected to the word kill. Kill being related to the word strangle. So essentially anything that takes your breath away has a shared origin. I guess that's why they say stress kills.. Food for thought. 🤔

My opinion, just based on how music works for me, is because it makes perfect sense one way at that time of realization due to where your focus is. But in another time whether earlier or later it will make sense in a whole different way. I make music (a therapy rather than a discipline) and I have songs that are perfect for the time and then a year later I’ll go back to it with new eyes or ears I guess lol and somehow a song I wrote at a different time fits perfectly into where I am a year later or something for a whole new reason. It’s almost as if my subconscious at the time understands things way beyond my conscious to the point of being all encompassing into any idea that has any focus. Sorry I just woke up and I’m lacking the words to describe what I’m thinking but I think it’s very cool how that works out. And how they come at the perfect time though? Aliens control the algorithm and have it synchronized to you gamma waves in your brain magnetically pulsing to your phones network system

This is such a wildly beautiful synchronicity/ full-circle moment. When I was white water rafting a month ago, I had a sudden thought of how the beautiful river I was rafting down, with its intermittent deadly class 5 rapids, was a beautiful metaphor for the infinite and fluid nature of the present moment/ God/ Om/ whatever you want to call it. I called it the "foreveriver" combining forever and river; the word itself being a metaphor for the sacredly serene state that you encompass when in a state of Flow. For some reason, later when writing down the word, I spontaneously wrote the R's distinctly in cursive which made me realize that there were "three R's" in the word. Then now, watching this video-- at 12:34 the "three R's" of maintaining Flow are mentioned. I'm starting to think that the cursive wasn't just the result of spontaneity

I had a highschool girlfriend make a comment about the way i move that has really stuck with me. She told me that there was a fluidity to the way I moved and that it was different from how other people moved. She always showed up to watch me play sports. That comment has made me more self-aware of how my body interacts with the world. A weird compliment has altered my whole world.

Trance is a much more easily attainable state which is just as powerful if not more powerful, which can be attained through hypnosis, self hypnosis and several easy relaxation techniques. In trance, you can directly work with the subconscious.

I always flow with the river, go with the flow. I try to be very aware, but allowing the moment to wash over me. Maybe I'm like a rock in the river? I think it's somehow to my detriment. I always thought I'd figure out my life in a happenstance sort of way but it really didn't help me much in life and I wasted a lot of time "going with the flow", lost in the sauce. Haha. Oh well!
