Bobby, I don’t really know how you change the batting order but the batting order determines the players positions.
1st batter: pitcher
2nd batter : catcher
3rd batter: first base
4th batter: second base
5th batter: shortstop
6th batter: third base
7th batter: left field
8th batter: center field
9th batter: right field

The spot in the batting order is the players position number. For example pitcher is 1st in batting order, catcher is 2nd in batting order, 1st base is 3rd in batting order, etc.

keep in mind that the players play the position they bat. If Lumpy is batting 3rd he will be playing 1st base. KQ bats 5th shes will be at 3rd and so on.
