To be fair he might still confuse it as a Normal/Flying. Sometimes, I too forget it lost it's Normal typing and became Fairy.

A cool tech on Froslass specifically is to run Avalanche on it and click it the turn after you've used Destiny Bond.
Froslass is quite fast, so you'll most likely go first with Destiny Bond, and then you can simply click a move with negative priority like Avalanche to have your destiny Bond last 2 turns, since the Destiny Bond doesn't wear off until you've used another move.
Pretty neat!

@@CarlosThadeu It could have been in reference to the damage, but I'm pretty confident due to the reactions after the fact (especially since he also had AV and investment so he could chalk up the lower damage up to that) that when Shady was mentioning the rain he was more so commenting on the fact Solar Beam would take its charge turn, hence his sudden flip to "No way you ran Power Herb" right after, realizing the rain didn't force the charge turn.

Patterz is right about Destiny bond. I don’t remember which generation they changed it, but they made it act like protect where using it consecutively drastically cuts the success chance until it fails.
However, I think if Frosslass was slower after the speed drop(which I don’t think was true, but hypothetical)Destiny Bond’s effect would remain until Frosslass was able to move again. The follow up from Ursaluna would have killed Frosslass and Destiny Bond still been in effect

If you need an extra option for a low roll, here’s an interesting one that would literally give you no information. You would tell the other person a pokemon type that is not attributed to the Pokémon. For example: you roll a 2, I tell you the Pokémon is NOT a Dark type (Charizard), NOT a water type (Chansey) and NOT a psychic type (Caterpie). Has potential to be funny since it gives no info. Love the video ❤

Here's an idea for a video: choosing your starters based on which trainers they belong to (you can choose any source, btw: games, anime, manga, you name it (although, you need to specify which one of those it is) and for legendary Pokemons/Pokemons that don't have an owner, you can lie about it. And you get to choose any ability you'd want from any Pokemon so long as both your chosen starter and the Pokemon that originally haves the chosen ability are owned by the same specific trainer. For example, you can take Protean from Greninja and slap it onto, say, Infernape (since Ash owned both a Greninja and an Infernape)

Idk if mods changes this, but I know that in the vanilla game Zacian and Zamazenta will not show up in the over world with their sword or shielded selves unless they are in battle. And they have to be holding them bc they're items. I hope that y'all see this and maybe we can see fully clothed wolves in future videos. 🩷

This battle confirmed to me that Patterz is a critter.
Destiny bond is still active at the beginning of the next turn that's why you can't use it twice in a row. If your opponent moves first and kills you the turn after destiny bond will activate!
