Today I will make a winter sauce with roasted eggplant and pepper 😊 You can eat it all year round, either for breakfast or as an appetizer with a meal 👌
Ingredients:
4 kilos of tomatoes
1 kilo of eggplant
1 kilo of capia pepper
2 heads of garlic
300 grams of green pepper
8 jalapeno peppers (spicy)
A pinch of parsley
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of oil
1 cup of grape vinegar
2 tablespoons of salt
8 350-milliliter glass jars and a lid that has never been used before.
