Thank you for talking about the coffee. This is an example of many situations where animals are used for some kind of gimmick or entertainment and the cruelty involved is hidden from the unsuspecting public.
Thanks, always trying to help people not make the same mistakes I might make! My brain is trained to always think of black coffee as vegan, but anything involving animals should always raise a red flag I think
Yeah ikr, they're so cute and interesting. And yeah the ones at the cafe were mostly sleeping by themselves or freely walking up to people, so that was a good sign. The flying foxes were so incredible too, I've never seen anything like them. Thanks a lot!
The 2 luwaks at the cafe are the lucky ones! They have a much better life than the caged ones. I am interested in the bat's (is that what they were?) were they tied up or were they happily just hanging out? Is this cafe easy to finds at the temple? Great video 😊
I don't think that the bats were tied up, I think they were just hanging out. And the cafe is somewhat easy to find, it's in the little neighborhood/restaurant area to the left of the main temple area
@@WanderlustWellman The reason I even did some research on the fountain because, Robert Edward Grand visited it, had some water from it and his DNA is activated, whatever that means. Heard it on interaction between Sarah Breskamn Cosme and Robert.

Yeah it really was eye opening, anytime animals are involved in any product we should be skeptical...
Appreciate you clarifying the coffee situation.

Thank you for adding the very important imformation about Luwak coffe animals expoloitation !
No problem, thanks for checking out my video!
Such a bummer about the Luwaks. Those did seem well treated 🙏 I was in awe of the bats 🖤 Cool video!

Thanks for a beautiful video and for updating with the information on the Luwak situation - I will definitely give that a skip when I go to Bali.
Thank you so much, and yeah I wish I would've known better before visiting. Have a great trip!
Did you visit the Tanha Lot temple fountain ??
I'm not entirely sure to be honest
