A Not-So-Traditional Form of Ikebana

  • Nicolai gives Ikebana a try - but this is not your traditional style of Ikebana.
Nicolai is using a vase from Fritz Hansen where holes for the stems are in pre-determined. Although this may seem simple at first, trying to keep the overall form and balance proved to be quite difficult. Nicolai chose mostly thick, robust flowers such as alliums, dhalias and roses to cater to this truly unique vase. Enjoy!

    I like nicolai's flowers choice.
It became a beautiful arrangement by flower base "IKEBANA".
I'm looking foward to next time!!
