If you think I'm wrong next time go get you a V6 mustang and I will bring a ZO6 Corvette and your odds of beating is almost nothing!! That's the same uphill battle that Michael mcdowell has faced his 16 years.. you don't think it's very impressive how many other drivers can't win 1 race in a championship-caliber car! Brad Keselowski for example was one of the top drivers when he was at Penske and now that he is part-owner of a lower budget team people thinks he can't drive all the sudden! Brad can drive with the best of them but his car isn't what it takes too run up front week in and week out!!

Everyone has respect for McDowell and knows he’s never the type of driver who’s going to race you clean and with respect and will not intentionally wreck you. Micheal McDowell has always been one of my favorite drivers because of how humble he is and he is just a really good guy with a heart of gold. You EARNED this win and you literally dominated the entire race! I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that I wish we could see him put that number 34 mustang in victory lane more often! This race was amazing to see with the actual pit strategies in place since it went green nearly all the way through and the only caution was due to a race incident, not an artificial stopping of the race, so please consider it for at least some oval races for a start, people want races without artificial breaks !

    nascar racing on road courses r always cool👍
    since nascar doesn’t race🏁 on ims’ oval course due to tire🛞 problems, they could change tire type that’s suitable for ims’ oval course & change the car’s set up that’s modified for ims’ oval course
    tho this idea could be expensive & time consuming i guess🤔

    I was at this race today, it was alright, very happy for McDowell!! Definitely going to buy that race win diecast!!
    I am very glad NASCAR is going back to the oval next year, NASCAR needs it, they lost a crown jewel that is a very good race pretty much each year
    The Indy Road course wasn't a very good choice for Xfinity and Cup

      This is way better than ovals. Was so over watching cars drive around and around and around and around. I could fall asleep wake up and everything looks exactly the same. BORING

      The oval has been a snolozefest since the 3rd year. I'm actually concerned about concussions with this car and the speeds they will get to going into 1 and 3.

    • @BentleyTypeR
      @BentleyTypeR 9 месяцев назад

      @joefratianni8693 Then NASCAR better make the next gen safer than they did
      NASCAR said it wouldn't flip, flipped on it's first race
      They said it was safer (iirc) sidelined one driver, and ended the career of another

      @nameless1873 Freigh training sucks. I get it
      Road courses are slow, and for NASCAR once having fast cars, going back to the oval will help with that

    This is pretty fun to watch. Beats an oval for sure. And the cars seem rugged enough to take a few hits.
